TAART (meaning:"cake") and SWEET FLOWER ART
The location of the workshops is at Westplein 108 Rotterdam, in the shop of Keukenpresentatie De Maas:
TAART
FOR WHOM?
Real foodlovers, who would like to learn how to make a delicious cake themeselves, in this 4,5 hour TAART-workshop.
WHAT'LL YOU LEARN?
To make the famous SWEET FLOUR "French-style" buttercream, to cut-torte-and fill a cake and to cover and decorate a cake with fondant. (for learning how to decorate a cake wth sugar flowers, please see the "sweet flower art" workshop).
During the coffee-break there will be homemade scones with clotted cream and jam and different sorts of Sweet Flour's made pasteries.
At the end of the workshop you will take your own made cake with you, including the therefore used recipes.
GROUPFORMATION?
Groups of min. 6 / max. 12 persons can book a TAART-workshop. The timeschedule availible for bookings are 6:30pm to 11:00pm during weekdays and 12:30pm to 5:00pm on Sundays.

SWEET FLOWER ART
FOR WHOM?
Your creative you! Use your creativity and make the most beautifull flowers with gumpaste, during this 4 hour SWEET FLOWER ART-workshop.
WHAT'LL YOU LEARN?
Working and manipulating gumpaste into a flower. You will make 3 rozes in total.
During the coffee-break there will be homemade scones with clotted cream and jam and different sorts of Sweet Flour's made pasteries.
At the end of the workshop you will take your own made rozes with you.
